Application Research Of Industrial Engineering In The Power Generation Company Logistics

Under the rapid development of social economy in our country, enterprise logistics management system show many disadvantages, such as backward logistics service concept, don’t meet the demand of diversification, lack of supervision, low level of overall quality of service personnel. Therefore, the application of relevant knowledge of industrial engineering is very necessary in our country enterprise logistics, which can optimize logistics service system, improve quality and efficiency of the logistics service. Logistics work of the power generation company as the research object in this paper. Two research contents on the power generation company were completed. One is the living area facilities planning improvement; another is the staff canteen dining environment improvement.Through the investigation and study in this paper, analyzing characteristic and the present situation of the logistics services of power generation company, summarizing the improvement methods to the logistics service facilities planning, by considering some factors such as geographical location, traffic for location on power generation company. using of facilities planning of logistics engineering in industrial engineering to making reasonable planning of the logistics services on power generation companies. Through the planning of power generation company living area, determining the necessary living facilities in the living area, and according to the surrounding environment, the location of various facilities is planned, listing the feasible schemes of general plane layout of the living area on power generation company to evaluate them, selecting the optimal layout. Completing the layout of staff dormitory, canteen, bathroom, supermarket and sports facilities on power generation company.Based on 7S, 5-often, and 5W2 H, the layout and positions of canteen on the power generation company is optimized by finding out the existing problems to remove some unnecessary facilities. Based on the principle of motion economic of the human factors engineering, Taking dining tables and tableware of canteen are devised, which make the staff dining to be more convenient and safe.Summarizing the lack of logistics work improvement on the power generation company, looking ahead the development trend to apply the principles of industrial engineering in our country enterprise logistics. The research results can provide a positive reference for the logistics management personnel of similar power companies in china.
