Along with the deepening reform of health system, the number of national medical institutions is increasing. However, with the strengthening of government investment, medical institutions need to update and purchase new medical equipment to improve the quality and level of medical services. This provides Chinese medical device manufacturers with a good opportunity for further development. However, as there are a large number of medical institutions, and government input is limited, and advanced medical facilities are often very expensive. Lack of funds has become increasingly prominent for hospital. After the introduction of medical reform policies, the state medical industries now have a clearer idea of development management and will invest 850 billion of capital to implement medical reform to improve the medical construction. This gives medical equipment manufacturing enterprises a major development opportunity, So whether it can seize the opportunity or not, whether it has its own marketing model that fit the current market and its own development or not, become critical problems.This paper is based on the current health care system reform background, and gives an analysis of the current manufacturers of medical equipment marketing model shortcomings, and then theoretically introduces a relatively new marketing model-finance leases. This paper is divided into seven parts:the first part analyzes the general framework of the article in terms of the main meaningness of the article, currency background and innovative points. The second part is the analysis of the current development status of the medical health system based on the theoretical analysis. The third part presents the influence of the country's medical health system reform on medical equipment sales industry. The fourth part explains the basic theory of finance lease and the operation in the medical industry development. The fifth part analyzes the feasibility of applying the finance lease theory to the medical industry. Part sixth analyzes and integrates comprehensively the previously obtained conclusion of this article and asserts that the medical equipment financing leasing patterns should be consistent with our current health system reform, and in line with current manufacturers of medical equipment in need of a new marketing model.The country's medical health system reform gives medical device manufacturers a good opportunity to development, This paper focuses on the analysis of marketing model of medical equipment manufacturing enterprises. Because of expensive medical equipment, the current shortage of medical institutions'funds and the like, our medical equipment manufacturers need to provide a new marketing model financial leasing. This new marketing model should be consistent with the current economic environment in order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win for marketing purposes. This is the greatest contribution of this paper.
