In the rapid development of the economic environment,the level of city in China has been continuously improved.However,the current urban development is a big problem is the issue of congestion,and has become a major obstacle to the development of the city.Because our country's current rail traffic is the biggest characteristic of safety,green environmental protection,at the same time can carry a large number of people travel,so it is a very effective way to solve the urban residents travel.The construction of rail travel is mainly to make up the short board,to alleviate the increasingly serious traffic congestion problems,but the city rail transportation can be innovative economic model,the rail transit project from a single fill short board to lead the project to promote the scientific development of the city an important engine,not only enrich the city function,optimize the development space,but also can broaden the financing the channel,to realize the sustainable development of construction and operation,more importantly,through the construction of city rail traffic,can be injected into a "new energy for the local economic and social development".So in the country,to promote the construction of urban rail transit boom.But because the city traffic construction requires a lot of money,if only to invest by the government has far can't meet the needs of the public,especially the demand for funds of many such projects,the government is unable to provide enough funds,so the shortage of funds has become the key problem of the development of large city.In this environment,in the process of city rail transit construction,put forward the new financing mode and the corresponding channel,in order to achieve the environment of normative operation in the market,which is to promote the construction and development of the cause of city rail traffic of the great significance,it is conducive to diversification by the channels,to sustain the development of city rail traffic problems.Urban rail transit is an area of urban infrastructure,but also the city's public service products.Urban rail transit construction investment and operation and maintenance of the latter requires huge amounts of money,but the fare income is quite limited,relying solely on ticket revenue is difficult to maintain breakeven.From the opening of the urban rail transit,the city's rail transport in the operating loss of the state,the government needs to make up for the loss of financial subsidies every year.This paper takes Nanchang city rail transit construction by means of financing as the research object of the corresponding,in the analysis and comparison of China's domestic several major city rail transit financing mode on the basis of Nanchang city rail transit to "Subway + community" the investment and financing mode of analysis,and put forward the optimization measures.This paper consists of six chapters,each chapter of the specific arrangements are as follows:the first chapter,introduction,research of background and significance,and research achievements at home and abroad on this topic,including the research contents,methods and the framework of this paper;the second chapter,the definition of relevant concepts city rail transit and its characteristics,the scientific analysis from the aspects of property economics characteristics of rail traffic and financing,and expounds the related theories and practical achievements in the world;the third chapter,elaborated China's Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou city rail transit to investment and financing the main work of analysis and mode of development,mainly for each city to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the financing problems in the work of city rail transit construction investment;The fourth chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of investment and financing of the development mode of Nanchang city rail transit,the Nanchang rail transit "Subway + community" new investment and financing,and according to the condition of Nanchang City,put forward the implementation feasibility analysis of this project;the fifth chapter is mainly on the Nanchang city rail transit the investment and financing situation,put forward specific diversified financing channels,financial subsidies and other optimization measures,and provide a reference for other domestic city rail transit construction;the sixth chapter,the conclusion,that the "Subway + community" financing mode is in line with the development of the city of Nanchang,should be vigorously promoted.Through the work of this dissertation is fully carried out,can be found to belong to the first in the domestic investment and financing mode of Nanchang city rail transit "Subway + community",and there are some specific measures in the exploration stage,but for the development of city rail transit in China has taken a strong step,the "Subway + community" is suitable for the actual development of Nanchang city a kind of ideal rail transit financing mode,is believed to be the better direction of development.
