With the advent of the information age and the development of the knowledge economy,innovation has become an important means for companies to gain competitive advantage and maintain their youthfulness and vitality.Employees play an important role in the innovation activities.Under the established conditions of policy,market,and financial environment,how to effectively stimulate employees' innovative possibilities and enhance innovation performance is a major issue facing both the field of theory and practice.Knowledge is the cornerstone of innovation activities,Knowledge is the cornerstone of innovation activities.Enterprises need to improve their ability to collect and store knowledge,as well as strengthen the flow of knowledge to gain knowledge.Psychological capital refers to the individual's positive attitude and mental ability in life and work,and psychological capital emphasizes "self-motivated".Knowledge sharing refers to the mutual exchange of knowledge,experience,and skills among employees,and spreading more broadly.The main purpose of knowledge sharing is to increase creative mobility.At present,some scholars have focused on the relationship between psychological capital and innovation performance or between knowledge sharing behavior and innovation performance.However,few scholars focus on the impact of the psychological capital and knowledge sharing behavior on innovation performance for knowledge workers.This paper takes the psychological capital of knowledge worker as the starting point,dividing the innovation into three stages:"knowledge acquisition ? knowledge flow ?knowledge creation".At the same time,it focuses on the psychological capital and knowledge sharing behavior of knowledge workers.And the impact of innovation performance.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concepts,measurement,influencing factors and interactive relationships of the three variables;Secondly,it builds the research model of this paper on the basis of previous theories and explores the relationship between the three variables through quantitative research and practical cases.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the psychological and operational aspects of employees.The research results show that:the psychological capital of knowledge workers can help to improve their innovation performance and promote their knowledge sharing;knowledge-sharing behaviors can contribute to the flow of knowledge and thus promoting innovation performance;The knowledge sharing behavior of knowledge workers plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and innovation performance.
