With the rapid development of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the key to the survival of enterprises in market competition,and is also the source of innovation competitiveness of enterprises.In enterprises,the ability of knowledge into innovation determines the level of innovation of the company.On the one hand,it can be directly applied through the knowledge of knowledge workers,and on the other is through the knowledge sharing of knowledge workers.In fact,the benefits that knowledge workers can bring to enterprises are more achieved through knowledge sharing.Therefore,this paper takes the knowledge sharing of knowledge workers as the research object and studies their impact on the innovation power of enterprises.Research promotes the knowledge sharing and innovation of knowledge workers in the enterprises.In this study,through the combing of literature onpsychological contract,knowledge sharing and team innovation,relevant methods for thesis writing and investigation are formulated,such as literature review method and empirical research method,and the psychological contract and its dimensions,tacit knowledge sharing and the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between team innovation: Knowledge workers psychological contract and its various dimensions(developmental,interpersonal,normative)have a significant positive correlation with team innovation,and knowledge worker psychological contract and its various dimensions(developmental,interpersonal,normative).There is a significant positive correlation between tacit knowledge sharing and team innovation,and tacit knowledge sharing in the psychological contract and its dimensions(developmental,interpersonal,normative).There is an intermediary role between team innovation.And based on the above assumptions,this article builds the mediation model.The questionnaire survey and data analysis were used to screen and process the 450 questionnaires,and the data analysis was used to better explain and test the relationship ofpsychological contract,tacit knowledge sharing and team innovation of knowledge workers,and come to the conclusion.The final conclusion of this study is: Knowledge workers psychological contract and its various dimensions(developmental,interpersonal,normative)have a significant positive correlation with team innovation,and knowledge worker psychological contract and its various dimensions(developmental,interpersonal,normative).There is a significant positive correlation between tacit knowledge sharing andpsychological contract,team innovation,and tacit knowledge sharing in the psychological contract and its dimensions(developmental,interpersonal,normative).There is a partial mediation role between team innovation.Based on the empirical research,this study futher proposes research proposals for the knowledge workers in the management of psychological contract and team innovation,and provides a clear direction for the current human resources management and knowledge management for knowledge workers.In order to enhance the company,s innovation,enhance the company,s core competitiveness.
