Knowledge has become the core element of modern market competition, andknowledge management is a high-profilehot topic inboth organization managementpractice and academic research. Knowledge sharing among employees plays an importantrole in promoting the whole performance of the organization. Therefore, researching oninfluencing factors of knowledge sharing has very important practical significance.Based on some theories of organizational behavior, the paper analyzed the effect oftwo important psychological variableson knowledge sharing intention, that is,psychological capital and psychological contract,as well asto researchon relationshipbetween the two variables. This paper first summarized relevant literatures, then based onconclusions of above-mentioned literatures,combining appropriate logicreasoning,hypotheses of this paper were proposed; and then based on the results of aquestionnaire survey of409knowledge employees,the model of the relationship amongpsychological contract, psychological capital and knowledge sharing intention were tested;then to analyze the study results and come to conclusions.The paper adopted the methods of literature research, empirical research and so oninthe process of research, the main research results are: first, in-depth study was made on theinfluence of psychological contract on knowledge sharing intention, for previous scholarsmostly used psychological contract as an intermediary variable to establish its influencingpath to knowledge sharing intention, according to previous results of dividing dimensionson psychological contract, this paperfurther exploreddifferent influence degrees ofpsychological contract dimensions on knowledge sharing intention in China. Secondly,psychological capital and psychological contract were connected, and in-depth study ofthe relationships between psychological capital dimensions and psychologicalcontractdimensions was made. Finally, using structural equation model,the mediatingeffect of psychological contract onpsychological capital’s influence onknowledge sharingintention was tested. The above research results provide realistic guiding significance formanagers to develop more effective knowledgesharing incentives.
