Commercial Banks before operation management mode has many defects,such as facilities within the network is not sound,lack of professional staff,such as complicated management process,talent assessment standard is not clear,these are restricted the our country commercial bank in the pace of transformation,it is also in developing must reform of the banking industry.With the rapid development of the financial sector,commercial Banks should also to reform the innovation,the risk factors for differentiation,need to pay attention to risk assets returns,more need for risk management and asset liability reform,which makes the commercial Banks to transform successfully increase the difficulty of the many.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the problems and solutions that commercial Banks have encountered in their transformation and transformation.In order to summarize the commercial bank of China to retail Banks during the transition to the problems,by analyzing the case of citic bank,nanchang branch for the actual combination of retail banking transformation theory and the characteristics of the retail banking has always been,from the successful transformation of retail banking in effective facilities,operations management,talent performance,many aspects,such as visual image,to the transformation of citic bank,nanchang branch to retail banking problems existing in the process of detailed analysis and research,and the problems produced in the process of transforming to retail offers some Suggestions to improve operation management mode,to subdivide customers,talent configuration proposal,unified image,pay attention to improve customer satisfaction and so on many dimensions overall renovation plan,eventually create for customer satisfaction,improve customer service experience.
