From 2000 to 2010, retail deposits and loans increased by 4.5-fold and 17-fold, and is still improving.Chinese retail banking industry will usher in yet another glorious decade.2020, total industry revenue will reach 1.5 trillion yuan, nearly twice about 2011, ranking second only to the U.S. retail banking market.2020 China’s retail banking will really maturing, in this process, the amazing development of the market brings opportunities and challenges of the commercial banks are huge in the market matures and the external environment in the process of changing banks will have to pay more attention to its own retail business profitability, and the transfer from thinking "where competition" to think "how competitive differentiation." commercial banks and retail business transformation imperative.Against this background, the CITIC Bank since last year the implementation of a full line of retail outlets selling business transformation project aimed through years of hard work, changing outlets business models and management models, variable trading center for the marketing center, will be transformed into transaction banking process-based bank, to enhance the proportion of retail business in the banking business, to enhance the retail capacity.
