With the continuous liberalization of China's financial market supervision and the rapid growth of per capita income of residents,the bank's wealth management business has entered the course of further competition,innovation and mixed operation in the rapid development stage.Under the background of the interest rate marketization and the intensified competition in the financial market,the "big asset management environment" in China's financial management market is taking shape.There are two major changes in the financial market during the "big capital management era" : one is the full liberalization of financial markets;and the other is the marketization of interest rates.For many commercial banks,on the one hand,they face huge competition in the financial market.The flourishing development of such financial sub-industries as securities,insurance,banking,funds and trust will inevitably bring tremendous impact on the commercial banks' financial management.On the other hand,The reform further reduces the profit margin of the traditional "deposit and loan" business in commercial banks and the development of wealth management business has become even more important.Therefore,under the era of big asset management,promoting the expansion of wealth management business is an important strategic move for commercial banks to achieve sustainable long-term development.Under the promotion of the Head Office,GS Bank Jiangxi Branch has gradually attached importance to and integrated its own asset management business in recent years,although it has some advantages over the western provinces and municipalities and other small and medium-sized commercial banks in the province.However,in the course of the development of wealth management business,due to its large institutions,obvious verticalization of its organizational structure and extensive business system,it is not feasible for some small and medium-sized commercial banks to enjoy the advantages of flexible operating mechanism and speed of response,Further Adjustments to Promote the Development Strategy of Money Management Business under the Background of Information Management.In the face of the complicated market environment and shrinking "deposit and loan" business scale,it is an indisputable move to push forward the development of wealth management business under the age of large asset management.In addition,at the G20 summit,as one of the important issues of national concern in recent years,inclusive finance has been put forward again,attracting the attention of financial needs of vulnerable groups such as small and micro enterprises,farmers and low-income urban residents.Rural financial markets and small and medium-sized micro-enterprise financial needs will be a new battlefield for commercial banks compete for wealth management.The promotion of wealth management business by rural commercial banks is not only a way to confront competitors in other financial institutions under the environment of big asset management,but also an opportunity to follow the policy of promoting inclusive financial development in the country.This article analyzes the factors restricting its business expansion from the status quo of the operation of wealth management business of GS Bank in Jiangxi Province and analyzes the business development of domestic and foreign commercial banks from the financial management businesses such as Citibank,China Construction Bank,Ping An Bank and Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Learn from experience.In response to the current business transformation dilemma,this paper proposes to achieve the transformation from four aspects: First,the transformation of wealth management business products,financial products should enhance the ability to innovate and broaden the product line to diversify the product portfolio to meet individual and diversified financial needs.And in the high-end competition,based on the mid-end,serving the general public SMEs in the financial management and service agriculture as a new strategic goal of bank financial management business development;Second,financial business marketing transformation,the first market segmentation to strengthen the customer base to strengthen customer Relational management,and secondly,the promotion of e-marketing channels such as online banking to downstream sales outlets to achieve effective online and offline exchange and strengthen the linkage between products and products.Finally,talent development as an important task in the transformation of wealth management business will be strengthened.The introduction of talents,and gradually build a good financial business development team;Third,financial management business transformation,the establishment of specialized asset management department,a clear financial management in the banking business development status,and the realization of the market Incentives;Fourth,investment banking business transformation,change the type of investment,the traditional debt-based investment to equity,commodity and other diversified investment patterns change from passive investment strategy,Asset to active,transactional assets,asset allocation from static liquidity management to dynamic liquidity management.With a view to vigorously promote the restructuring of GS Bank Jiangxi branch of wealth management business development and wealth management in the province of wealth management options in the market to reduce risk and increase revenue,but also for small and medium enterprises in Jiangxi Province,to provide more financing channels to promote regional economic development.
