Research On Risk Management Of PPP Ngineering Project In Comprehensive Renovation Of Yongjiang River

The PPP model is an important means to innovate the supply mechanism of public goods in China.It is a strategic measure for innovative financing of local governments to improve the supply efficiency of infrastructure and public service facilities and meet the needs of the public.Due to the long cooperation period of PPP projects and the huge scale of investment,the interest appeals of project stakeholders are different.The cooperation between government and social capital faces many potential uncertain risks,which affects the success or failure of the project.Therefore,research on risk management based on the PPP model has become an important topic that the government,social capital,and academia need to urgently study.This thesis takes the benchmark of the old port of the PPP project in the Lancang River Comprehensive Improvement PPP project as the research object,and uses the relevant theories and analytical techniques of project risk management to manage the risk in the project construction and development.Conduct research to provide theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for the successful cooperation of the project.Follow the logical path of risk identification,risk assessment and risk management.This thesis firstly studies and identifies the potential key elements of the project based on the identification and construction of the risk checklist for comprehensive renovation and development projects in the Minjiang River,through structured interviews,technical expert meetings,brainstorming,and case studies.The Laokou Hub-Taizhou Bridge Tender 12 projects involve potential key risk elements from government agencies,the private sector,and other stakeholders.At the end of this thesis,the political,legal,economic,social,and technological environment of the integrated renovation and development project of the Old Port Hub-Tuozhou Bridge bid section and the actual interests of the project stakeholders are put forward.The 12 key risk factors of the control and control measures faced by the project.The research of this dissertation finds that it has extensive theoretical guidance and practical reference for the promotion of PPP in China.
