With the start of Chinese large-scale operation of infrastructure projects, projects construction will require a lot of money. It is a very prominent problem how to ease public infrastructure construction lacking of funds because of government lacking of money.In the background of the project, Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge, the thesis explores to analyze deeply the content of BT project model and provides useful experience for the construction of similar large-scale projects by the reflection and the summary to the practice.Firstly, the thesis compares BT project modes at home and abroad, shows the differences and provides the reference for the operation model of the Yangtze River Bridge Construction Project.Secondly, this thesis focuses on the process management of the Yangtze River Bridge Project:project technology, project schedule, project finance, project contracts, project quality and safety, and project management acceptance and file management, and summarizes the author's experience.Thirdly, the thesis also discusses the Yangtze River Bridge Project stakeholder management skills.Finally, the thesis summarizes the experience of participating in this project and lessons learned, and pointed out the shortcomings of the study.Through this research, the thesis provides the reference for similar large-scale project management in the financing, operation, organizational structure and process management.
