Research On The Influence Of The "Belt And Road" Trade Facilitation On China's Export Trade

In the context of globalization,trade has become the key to economic growth in all countries.However,since the outbreak of the world financial crisis,the global economic growth has been sluggish,and trade protectionism has begun to rise.This shows that China's trade environment is not optimistic.Therefore,it is urgent to find a new path for trade development in order to meet the development requirements of the new era in China.The countries,which are geographically adjacent to China,along the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” have great potential for trade.Their abundant resources and convenient transportation make themselves a very suitable trading partner to China.And the construction of the "One Belt and One Road" is in line with the trend of multi-polarization in the world and will help promote the world to develop peacefully.In order to further reveal the trade potential of the “One Belt and One Road” region,this thesis has made a comprehensive statistical analysis of the trade level of the area along the route and calculated the degree of trade openness in the region in order to demonstrate the complete and real trade status in the region along the route.To strengthen trade with the region along the line needs to consider the level of trade facilitation in the region.Therefore,this thesis constructs a complete set of trade facilitation index system,and then through this system,measures the trade facilitation levels of countries and regions along the “One Belt and One Road”.After that,analyzes the result.Finally,this thesis studies the impact of trade facilitation in the region along the route on China's export trade.And in order to make the research results reflect the real trade situation and put forward more targeted policy recommendations,this thesis chooses three analysis level which are overall level,factor level and regional level.And the empirical test results also confirm the hypothesis proposed at the beginning of this thesis that the improvement of trade facilitation in the “Belt and Road” region will significantly promote China's export trade tothe region.
