Data from the National Energy Administration(As of December 31,2021)shows that China’s wind power grid-connected capacity increased by 47.57 million kilowatts in 2021,and the total installed capacity exceed 300 million kilowatts.The current wind farm spare parts management has problems such as serious inventory backlog and low degree of information resource sharing.In a certain area,the establishment of an interconnected wind farm spare parts joint-storage system can realize the sharing and interoperability of spare parts information and effectively reduce the inventory.This thesis takes the wind farm spare parts joint storage system of H Company(hereinafter referred to as WSJS system)as an example,Carry out relevant research on the project requirements of the wind farm spare parts joint storage system.First,identify the stakeholders of Company H’s WSJS system.Through semi-structured interviews and snowballing methods,the stakeholders of the project are identified,which are mainly divided into three categories:the business implementation and management department of H company,the management department of H company’s superior company,and the external support company.It includes the wind farms of Company H,the operation and maintenance business management department of Company H,the management at all levels of Company H,suppliers of wind farm spare parts,and the management department of the superior company of Company H,etc.Secondly,analyze the project requirements of H company’s WSJS system.In the first step,the "KJ" method is used to classify the demand,and the demand is divided into 5 categories of"basic function","inventory federation function","logistics distribution function","settlement payment function" and "value-added service",a total of 15 items;second Step,use the AHP method to establish a comparison matrix,calculate the relative weights between requirements and sort them,and compare the weight values of requirements such as "automatically balance the library according to the threshold","develop mobile APP and handheld PDA client","automatic information analysis,abnormal warning" and so on.It shows that the stakeholders of H company’s WSJS system are more concerned about the needs of intelligence and automation.Third,according to the project requirements of the WSJS system of H company,sort out the way of realization of the requirements,according to the relationship between the requirements and the realization way,use the quality function expansion method to establish a comparison matrix,and build the quality house model of the WSJS system of H company,according to the model Calculate and analyze the weight of the way the requirements are fulfilled.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,the "intelligent" strategy of data analysis,the "standardized" strategy of data collection,the "All Storaged in necessary" strategy of the proportion of spare parts fed into the system,and the "minimum comprehensive cost" of the coverage of the central repository are proposed for improving stakeholder satisfaction in both technical and management aspects.This thesis expands the application scope of the quality function deployment method through the research on the requirements of H company’s WSJS system.Starting from the actual problems of the wind power industry,it sorts out the needs of stakeholders in the H company’s WSJS system project,and analyzes the weight of requirements and requirements realization method,the relevant strategies are put forward to ensure the construction and operation of the WSJS system;in addition,the process and method of the research requirements in this thesis can be used for similar decentralized industries such as the management of spare parts for railway stations,and spare parts management of group companies’ projects.
