Food is a big problem with people's livelihood,and grain storage occupies a very important position in the grain circulation system.Domestic background,new grain warehouse capacity of 100 million tons has been built in the last two years in our country,which is expected to be built new capacity of 100 million in 2020.However,there are some problem such as low operating efficiency,unreasonable allocation of resources within the library,low utilization of equipment and high storage costs in the existing grain storage system.Therefore,to reduce storage costs,speed up turnover,improve operational efficiency has become the urgent problem to be solved.Based on the domestic background and the problems faced by the whole grain industry,in this paper,the research object is located in the warehousing system of grain enterprises,mainly on studying the process of inbound and outbound.Because of the uncertainty and complexity of logistics warehousing system,Flexsim simulation software is used to model,simulate,analyze and optimize the grain storage system in order to realize the goal of improving the efficiency of grain storage system.First of all,through the comprehensive analysis of the grain enterprise warehousing system,establish the inbound and outbound operation process of grain enterprise warehousing system.Focusing on the analysis of warehousing technology of three main types of granary and the evaluation index system of the whole storage system is established.Secondly,the related theoretical knowledge of discrete event system simulation is summarized.Then,based on the conceptual model,a mathematical model with maximum efficiency as the optimal target is established.The mathematical model can quantify the storage system of grain enterprises more than the conceptual model.On this basis,the simulation model of storage system of grain enterprise is established by using Flexsim software.The simulation target of the system is determined,the model is simplified and assumed accordingly,the parameters of the entity in the model are set and the simulation model is run.By analyzing the simulation results in detail,the method of finding the bottleneck of the system is given,and the existing problems are explored.By analyzing the simulation results in detail,finding the bottleneck of the system and optimize the existing problems.At last,the simulation model and its optimization method of warehousing and storage system of grain enterprise is applied to a grain enterprise in Chengdu and making a case analysis.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,set the new parameters and run the simulation model,analysis model to find its problems.According to the optimization method,the specific optimization scheme is proposed for the model and the rationality of the scheme is verified.The results show that the optimized simulation model can eliminate the bottleneck of the system and improve the efficiency of the system.The studying of this paper is conforms to the actual demand of grain enterprise development,which provides a certain reference value for the improvement of storage cost and the improvement of storage efficiency of grain enterprises in China,also playing a role in promoting on the upcoming domestic grain warehouse building tide.
