Aiming at the operation problem of traditional spare parts warehouse management,such as high artificial cost,low efficiency and low accuracy of the data,by using computer technology,the RFID technology and intelligent optimization algorithm,a set of intelligent equipment spare parts management system is developed to realize the traditional spare parts warehouse informatization and intelligent,reduce labor cost,improve the spare parts warehouse operation efficiency and accuracy of the data,Ensure the normal operation of production tasks.Firstly,the warehouse management of spare parts in manufacturing industry is taken as the research object.Then the system’s business requirements is analyzed,and the functional requirements is discussed.Moreover,non-functional requirements of the system is given.Aiming at the path planning problems related to the storage and sorting of spare parts,a mathematical optimization model is established with the shortest total path as the optimization objective,and the distance matrix between spare parts is constructed.Secondly,based on the basic steps in teaching and learning algorithms,a discrete teaching and learning algorithm of spare parts storage/take path optimization model is designed to improve the efficiency of algorithm.In the algorithm a new excellent student operator and self-learning strategy are introduced to improve algorithm search ability and convergence speed.Then a more discrete class teaching and learning algorithm is proposed.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experimental simulation analysis.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the system business function module design,the front and back end interaction logic of each function are determined.Using My SQL as database for data persistence,database table structure and table relationship are designed;Taking Spring Boot development framework as the core,the software architecture is designed by integrating other related frameworks,and the main structure of Web application is determined.A set of intelligent storage management system of equipment spare parts based on Web is realized by Java language programming.
