ABSTRACT:The mobile Internet era,due to the actual needs of enterprise customers,great changes have taken place in customer sovereignty consciousness enhancement,the customer need total solution service,be badly in need of traditional manufacture enterprise to build business model to adapt to market changes.The business model of traditional manufacturing enterprises has gone through a lot of sales methods and deep distribution.A large number of sales model is in the era of products in short supply,the traditional manufacturing enterprises continue to expand the market,expand the distributors,expand customer,for mass production,mass marketing and mass consumption dynamic equilibrium process.Depth distribution pattern is in the era of products supply exceeds demand,the traditional manufacturing enterprises to continuously strengthen service distributors and retailers,and enrich the rich products and services,and constantly to provide customers with differentiated products and value-added services,demand for flexible production,depth,distribution and differentiation of dynamic equilibrium process.How to find the right business model to achieve the profit of traditional manufacturing enterprises is a problem that modern enterprise managers need to solve urgently.In this paper,A company in the face of customer community business model as A case,through to the company A customer demand analysis,model analysis and the analysis of the community business model,this paper expounds the relationship is mutual influence,interaction between.There are five chapters in this article.The first chapter is the introduction,elaborates the research background of the paper and puts forward the key problems to solve.This paper introduces the logic framework of research object and research content.The second chapter introduces the concept of the community business model,through the literature review at home and abroad,understand the community business related research results,combing the background of the community business model and realistic significance,clear theoretically enterprise customer oriented organization structure and operation mechanism of the community business model,from the practice on deep understanding of the outstanding enterprises in constructing and operating the community business model.The third chapter is the description about A case.We selected A as a case,by analyzing the process of establishing the community business model of company A,expounds the problems encountered in the process of establishing and resistance,and company A deal with solutions.The fourth chapter is the main part of the article which shows analyses and results of the study.We analyze the community business model about A.We expound the operating structure and the change about marketing organization.Through this research,we could strengthen the cognition of this model.We could realize that this business model is effective,then it will be promoted widely.Chapter 5 for the case discussion and outlook,the study found that the production and business enterprises under the age of the Internet,need to build a customer oriented community business model to adapt to the development trend of industry competition,business model,build enterprise customer oriented community through refactoring enterprise business model,refactoring integration relationship with customers and achieve customer value chain and the innovation mode of production,think customers to provide better services and solutions,to achieve their own profit at the same time to win the goal of customer satisfaction.The paper finally explains that the community business model constructed by company A is the inevitable result of responding to the market changes in the Internet era,and it is A successful model for how to build A business model suitable for the changeable market.By A company for the further research of enterprise customer community business model,for the relevant industry enterprises in the age of the Internet is increasingly changing market,through their own business adjustment,actively adapt to the external market environment,development and change,to better achieve the smooth development of the enterprise,should have important practical reference value and guiding role.
