Research On The Community Integration And Mode Construction Of Public Rental Housing In Chongqing

Faced with intensified housing conflicts and surge in demand for housing,the government to protect this part of the low-income people in the demands,put a lot of resources for affordable housing construction,affordable housing,low-cost housing and other affordable housing has been rapid development.In order to solve the housing difficulties of the sandwich layer,public rental housing began to become an important form of affordable housing in the country to start.But in the public rental maintenance and operation of the process exposed a lot of problems to be solved.Public rental community gathered a large number of low-income groups,according to the United States,Britain and other relevant experience,which may lead to community deterioration of the phenomenon,and lead to a series of social problems.The current state vigorously promote the community's construction and development,and its promotion to a strategic level.It is of great significance to improve the quality of residents' living,to resolve social contradictions and to promote the construction of harmonious society.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to realize the community integration of public rental housing.Based on this,this paper first combs and analyzes the relevant literatures of public housing community integration,defines the concept of community integration,and defines the dimensions of community integration,including economic,social,cultural,political and psychological dimensions.This paper analyzes the three public housing communities in Chongqing,including "People's Heart Garden","Kangzhuang Meidi" and "Liangjiang Dwelling Habitat".Investigate 435 public rental community residents.On the basis of the research,this paper analyzes the situation of Chongqing public rental community integration.This paper analyzes the current situation of public housing community integration,and makes a measure of the integration of public rental community,analyzes the situation of community integration,puts forward the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons from the government,community and residents.It is found that the integration degree of the public leasing community in Chongqing is not very high,there are some problems such as weak economic foundation,short social integration,insufficient cultural integration,lack of political integration,limited psychological integration,Communities,residents need to work together to solve the integration of the various dimensions of community integration problems,so as to effectively promote the realization of community integration.Finally,on the basis of the above,with reference to the experience of community integration model of domestic and foreign community,and constructs the "government-led,inhabitants" participation in Chongqing public housing community integration model.Government policy support,system security and human resources,material resources,financial resources and other inputs;Community organizations to form a party organization as the core of the internal organization of the community system to jointly promote community integration work;Residents actively participate in community integration to provide a source of power for community integration.The two organizations and the mechanism of operation are established in this mode,and the specific operation of the model is expounded from the start stage,the organization implementation stage and the evaluation improvement stage in order to realize the integration of public rental housing community.
