Research On Clouds Location Routing Problem Based On Collaborative Warehouse And Distribution

With the rapid development of electronic commerce(e-commerce)in China,the supporting e-commerce logistics has become a bottleneck restricting in its development.Until now,there is not have a relatively reasonable and effective solution.At present,the whole e-commerce and logistics industry,many enterprises have begun to try the integration of warehousing and distribution.As the first kind,Jingdong,Amazon and other large e-commerce platforms,has self-built warehousing and distribution system to ensure customer's experience.The second originally focused on storage,now began to integrate distribution,such as fineEx,,Wuzhou online,WWWarehouse,etc.The third one is express delivery companies,such as Zhong Tong and Yun Da,set up the express delivery industry for decades,paying more attention on warehousing and distribution.Moreover,it can be seen from the development of JD Logistics that the warehousing and distribution is a breakthrough point to solve the problem of e-commerce logistics.Only a large platform can own its warehousing and distribution system,like JD.About small seller in Taobao and other platforms,they can not enjoy the bonus that the integration of the warehouse brings.Therefore,developing the warehouse and distribution integrated mode suitable for the whole industry is a major challenge the electricity supplier logistics industry faced.At the same time,the author has been practiced in the Shanghai G express company.For it starts late,G Express has been left behind by several major express companies,even to the important juncture of life and death.Then,G express company plans to seize the opportunity to develop a new mode of e-commerce logistics.On the one hand,it hopes to realize the curve overtaking;On the other hand,it also contributes a force to the development of the whole e-commerce logistics.Based on this background,this paper aims at the current research status of the G express company's own business characteristics,the logistics demand of small sellers,and the status of the distribution and warehouse,and puts forward a distributionintegrated scheme current research status towards express company.First of all,through literature research and field investigation,determine the suitable warehouse allocation model.Then,point the cloud warehouse location problem involved in the model,discuss the details,and build a warehouse location model based on the warehouse distribution.Finally,the model is solved by genetic algorithm,and is verified model by an example.For express company,its advantage is strong distribution ability,and how to build a set of efficient storage network with its existing distribution network is the key problem of this model.Through the research of cloud warehouse location,this paper helps G express company solve the key problems in the process of system construction,and reflects certain practical significance.Meanwhile,the research of constructing the warehouse and distribution system based on express company has a certain reference significance for the development of the two or three line express company.
