Automated warehouse is an important part of modern logistics system, setting storage, handling and distribution in one, which played a major role in modern enterprises. It is an integrated automation system for complex, storage assignment and access scheduling problem which directly affects the efficiency of storage system. In order to be more effective in the automated warehouse management and improve the operation efficiency, the storage location assignment and access scheduling is optimized, thereby reducing the amount of goods handling and storage time, finally enhance the enterprise benefit. So the research on the automated warehouse storage location assignment and access scheduling aspects has important theoretical significance and practical application value. This paper mainly do the following work:To describes the background, related literature review and the main content of the subject, that is the main problem of the research and work. And to introduces the automation stereoscopic warehouse, mainly warehouse operation process and classification etc. All these lay the foundation for later research.Focusing on the automated warehouse access scheduling optimization of two stage. Access scheduling includes two processes, the first process is the storage location assignment, second process is access path. So the process optimization of the two stage for the storage location assignment, optimization research on the first stage, second stage research access path optimization based on location of distribution. Firstly to describe the storage location assignment and access path problem, then the first stage puts forward a mathematical model for the storage location assignment, the model gives the solving algorithm. The second stage is the total time based on location assignment to minimize stacker to cycle of all the material complete access operations as optimization objective, to classify the storage stacker composite and single operation joint implementation of the mode as the object of study, puts forward the access path optimization model. According to the model, two algorithms are proposed, one is based on the finding from the origin(I/O) recently and the genetic algorithm and the shortest time storage strategy, another is based on the finding from the origin(I/O) recently and genetic simulated annealing algorithm and the shortest time slotting strategy, implementation steps were given two algorithm, provides a theoretical method for solving practical problems.Finally, through the MATLAB and FLEXSIM software to simulate the optimization model. For a simulation example, according to the two stage optimization ideas, advanced licensed bit allocation optimization, according to the determined location, research access scheduling second stages, corresponding application strategy of access scheduling model and algorithm has been proposed, based on six kinds of simulation methods, are given. Through the analysis of simulation results, the two stage optimization model is effective, and by repeatedly running the model shows that the proposed method is effective. |
