A Pharmaceutical Distribution Center Warehouse Operation Optimization Research

With the development of modern science and technology, warehousing and logistics were paid more and more attention. Automated warehouse(Below are called warehouse) has been more widely used. It begins to be used in the pharmaceutical distribution centers. The Application of warehouse may achieve the entire logistics system of automation and information technology.Warehouse scheduling optimization determines the efficiency of warehousing Department, it also plays a key role on the operation of the logistics system. At present, although there is some research on scheduling optimization of warehouse, a warehousing slotting optimization and scheduling stacker on path selection problem is still not very clear. This article is studied from the following aspects.First of all, the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad about operation job optimization problem are analyzes. According to current shortcomings, it puts forward the study arguments. Then it analysis warehouse structure and classification, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of warehouse, and presents a complete set of design principles.Secondly, the storage space optimization of warehouse is studied. Using the shelf optimization to improve the operating efficiency of warehousing of the goods can reduce the cost, the workload and time of staff. Taking a pharmaceutical distribution center for example, use the genetic algorithm to optimize research and analysis.Finally, outbound scheduling of stereoscopic warehouse is studied. Order picking of stock out is analyzed. Analyzing the basic principles of scheduling, and then targeting the stacker shortest travel time and route, establish outbound scheduling optimization model. Based on the Ant Colony algorithm theory and computational steps can make a study on optimization of medicine distribution center outbound operations.By studying the warehouse scheduling, it can speed up cargo access speed, reduce labor intensity and improve operational efficiency in the whole warehouse sector.
