Fresh supermarkets are closely related to people's lives.In Fujian Province,the leading enterprises in fresh supermarkets,such as Yonghui,New Hua Du,Guan Park and so on,are in the stage of rapid expansion and rapid occupation of the market.With the rapid development of the industry mismatching,is the manager of this core management personnel shortage,and this phenomenon has become a major bottleneck restricting the rapid development of fresh supermarkets.Looking across the recruitment work of fresh supermarket Manager in Fujian Province at present,the whole recruitment work lacks the system standard,recruitment is arbitrary.Recruitment plans are not sufficiently linked to the strategy of the enterprise,to a certain extent,the people recruited to the post can not effectively meet the future development of the enterprise.Traditional recruitment methods mainly depends on subjective judgment in the rough,the interviewer,common performance and rapid turnover of people pose challenges to traditional recruitment methods.This paper is based on a great deal of literature and book research,through field investigations,the problems existing in the recruitment of the head of the fresh supermarket in Fujian province are summarized.In addition,the traditional recruitment method and the recruitment method based on competency model are compared.This paper analyzes the recruitment information of the store managers of the major fresh supermarkets in Fujian Province,adoption of the Panel of experts Act,extracting the competency factors of Fujian fresh supermarket Manager.On this basis,the competency model is constructed.And then through the questionnaire,through the data analysis tool SPSS,t-test of the data obtained from the questionnaire,the competency model of fresh supermarket manager in Fujian Province was verified.Finally,based on competency model,the recruitment system of store manager is reorganized,the recruitment system is combed from the aspects of personnel demand prediction,recruitment channel selection,interview and evaluation,employment and so on,and the evaluation mechanism of recruitment effect is established based on competency model.This paper studies the recruitment system of fresh supermarket managers in Fujian Province,which can not only provide some ideas for the optimization of the recruitment of fresh supermarket managers in Fujian Province,but also provide a certain reference for the recruitment of other posts in fresh supermarkets in Fujian Province.In addition,for cross-regional fresh supermarket recruitment work,also has certain reference significance.Therefore,it is believed that the research in this paper can be used for reference to promote the sustainable and healthy development of fresh supermarkets in Fujian Province.
