With the development of economy and the progress of society,especially the era of knowledge economy,for any industry and enterprise,the competition between enterprises can not be separated from human competition.Talents are the most valuable resources of enterprises,and the existence of personnel in modern enterprises is always changing.In order to attract more talents and achieve joint development of employees and enterprises,enterprises must scientifically manage recruitment.Combined with the requirements of human resource management,this paper makes a systematic research on the recruitment management of Watsons personal stores based on the theory of recruitment management.This paper adopts literature research,inductive analysis method and investigation,based on the Watsons personal care stores recruitment management status on the full investigation and analysis of the existing problems of Watsons recruitment management:recruitment,recruitment plan is not clear and changeable,the recruitment process of tedious and long cycle of recruitment.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of the problems:lack of communication between human resources department and employment department,non specialization of recruitment team,unreasonable selection of recruitment channels,and unscientific recruitment method.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions:strengthening communication between human resources department and employing department,strengthening specialization construction of recruitment team,rationally selecting recruitment channels,simplifying recruitment process,and scientifically applying recruitment methods.
