Study On The Level Of Urban-rural Coordinating Development And Its Influencing Factors In Changjiang River Economic Zone

Urban-rural coordinated development is the focus of all the society,and also the crucial problem for our government to settle.The “13th Five-Year” Plan put the “coordination” to an outstanding position specially,which to be one of the five development idea.And urban-rural coordinated development is one of the most important content.Choosing the Changjiang River economic zone for the subject is benefit for implementing the new concept of coordinating development,narrowing the gap between urban and cities,promoting the achievement of overall well-off society.In another hand,it's benefit for getting experience for the whole nation,promoting the aim of the urban-rural coordinated development and regional coordinated development to achieving.This paper was based on the theory of dual economics,interdependence,system and so forth,on the basis of understanding the connotation and the mechanism of the urban-rural coordinated development,through building the evaluation index system of the urban-rural coordinated development,making a multiscale-measure of urban-rural coordinated development in the whole Changjiang River economic zone,four regional plate,five city-groups,and all provinces,revealing the spatiotemporal evolution features of the urban-rural coordinated development in Changjiang River economic zone.And building the regress model of the influencing factors of the urban-rural coordinated development,using Stata software to analysis the influencing factors of the urban-rural coordinated development for the whole Changjiang River economic zone,four regional plate,five city-groups.According to the paper,since the new century,the level of urban-rural coordinated development in Changjiang River economic zone is descending slightly,and short boards are still apparent;the differences of the urban-rural coordinated development between four plates is expanding slightly,and appears to a trend of descending from the east to the west in space;the coordination between city-groups are at a high level of degree,and the spatiotemporal features is similar to the plates;the difference between provinces and municipalities are narrowing,and appears a feature of "Three square matrices".The quantitative study of the influencingfactors for the urban-rural coordinated development in Changjiang River economic zone indicates that the increase of urbanization rate,per capita GDP,rural fixed assets as a proportion of the whole society's investment,the expenditure of agriculture,forestry and water as a proportion of financial expenditureare benefit for narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,and benefit for the urban-rural coordinated development;while the development of non-agricultural industries and the expenditure on science,education,culture and health are widen the gap between urban and rural areas.At the same time,this paper researched the influencing factors of the urban-rural coordinated development in different space based on the four plates,five city groups in Changjiang Rive economic zone.
