Research On The Measurement Of Coordinating Development Level And Spatiotemporal Evolution Of The Five Modernizations In Changjing River Economic Zone

The five modernizations of the paper pointed are industrialization,agricultural modernization informatization,urbanization and greenization.Coordination is an important content of carrying out the five developing ideas which are innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development and shareable development.Promoting the five modernizations coordinating development is the result of Chinese continuous cognition to the construction of the socialist modernization with the Chinese characteristics.From?Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Ecological Civilization Construction?,which published by Chinese State Department,it clearly demonstrated that it should promote five modernizations.The Changjiang River economic zone cover Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan,Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan,and Guizhou.Its acreage occupied about 21% of China,both total population and aggregate economy exceeded 40% of the whole country,it plays an important role in our country.The coordinating development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and greenization has vital realistic meaning and Far-reaching strategic significance to completely build well-off society and achieve the dream of great rejuvenation for Chinese nation.This paper was based on the theory of regional economics,system,synergetic,sustainable development and so forth,on the basis of understanding the connotation and the mechanism of the coordinating development of five modernizations,through building the comprehensive evaluation index system of the coordinating development of the five modernizations,making a multiscale-measure to the whole Changjiang River economic zone,four regional plate,five city-groups,and all provinces' s comprehensive development level of five moderinizations,and also measured the coordinating development levels of five modernizations for the whole Changjiang River economic zone,four regional plate,five city-groups,and all provinces by using the coupling harmonious degree model,reveals the spatiotemporal differences of the coordinating development level of the five modernizations in Changjiang River economic zone,which offering a decision basis of promoting the coordinating development of five modernization for Changjiang River economic zone and even the whole country.According to the research,(1)since benefiting from the achievement of regional coordinated development strategy,the regional coordinating development has get a great improvement in Changjiang River economic zone,the coordinated development level of five modernizations has a continuous increase.However,the total coordinated level do not reach the expected,barrel effect is still obvious.(2)Because of the difference of nature condition,resources endowment and social economic base,the coordinated development level has obvious characteristic and clear difference in the four regional plates of Changjiang River economic zone.From the perspective of space,it forms a pattern,which Changjiang River Delta is at the leading edge,the middle reaches of Changjiang River and Sichuan & Chongqing area behind them,and Yunnan & Guizhou area relative lag behind.(3)Urban agglomeration as the basic unit of attending regional competition,the gap of coordinated development level narrow,which courses an increasingly apparent role in regional coordinated development.The space characteristic is as same as the regional plate,from the space point of view,urban agglomeration of Changjiang River Delta is at the leading edge,the middle urban agglomeration of Yangtze River and Chengyu urban agglomeration behind them,the middle urban agglomeration in Guizhou and Yunnan relatively lag behind.(4)The coordinating level of the five modernizations increase constantly for all provinces in Changjiang River economic zones,and the convergence trend is obvious.It shows the characteristic of “high-high-low-low” in space.As two core central cities in Changjiang River economic zone,Shanghai and Chongqing play an increasingly effect in regional coordinated development.Shanghai is leader,and the coordinated development level of its surrounding provinces are generally high;Chongqing is new star,and the coordinated development level of its surrounding provinces are generally low.
