Measurement Of Urban-rural Integration Level In The Yangtze River Economic Zone And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

The Changjiang River Economic zone is a regional economic belt that China focuses on building.Against the background of China’s economy entering a new normal,the development of urban-rural relations entering a new era,and the implementation of high-quality development across the country,the integration of urban and rural development is of great significance to the economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The paper analyzes the development status of the urban-rural integration in the Changjiang River Economic zone,evaluates the multiscale urban-rural integration development level,and puts forward suggestions for promoting the urban-rural integration development of the Changjiang River Economic zone,which helps to promote the high-quality development of the Changjiang River Economic zone.The thesis combed the relevant theories of urban-rural integration,and explained the concept of urban-rural integration from the connotation and extension of urban-rural integration.By constructing the dynamic mechanism of urban-rural integration and analyzing the development path of urban-rural integration,the development mechanism of urban-rural integration was explored.From urban and rural income,urbanization,Infrastructure and other aspects analyzed the current status of urban and rural development in the Changjiang River Economic zone.Based on the five major development concepts and the related research,the thesis constructs 20 observations that measure the level of urban-rural integration in the Changjiang River Economic zone,including innovation,coordination,green,openness,and shared development.Point indicator system.According to the special points in the evaluation of the level of urban-rural integration development,through the method comparison,the horizontal and vertical pull-up method is selected as the main method of horizontal measurement.Based on the relevant data of the provinces in the Changjiang River Economic zone from 2010 to 2018,the paper uses the open-level method to measure the level of urban-rural integration of the provinces(municipalities)in the Changjiang River Economic zone and compares the results with the national level.In the nine years from 2010 to 2018,the overall level of urban-rural integration showed a gradual upward trend;in the development stage,the level of urban-rural integration in Shanghai,Jiangxi Province,Hubei Province,Hunan Province,Chongqing City,and Sichuan Province is at the middle-high integration stage In Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Anhui provinces,they have reached a high level.From the perspective of different regions of Changjiang River Economic zone,the level of urban-rural integration shows a trend of downstream regions> midstream regions> upstream regions.The analysis of the factors influencing the urban-rural integration of Changjiang River Economic zone shows that the level of urban-rural integration in the Changjiang River Economic zone is affected by the development of urbanization,industrial structure,marketization,public services,transportation,etc.Among them,the level of urbanization,marketization,and government General public service expenditure has a positive effect on the urban-rural integration of the Changjiang River Economic zone.According to the quantitative analysis results,combined with the actual development of the Changjiang River Economic zone,suggestions and measures to promote the urban-rural integration of the Changjiang River Economic zone are put forward: accelerate the reform of the urban and rural household registration system and the reform of the land system,rationally adjust the structure of government expenditure,and accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas in Guizhou,Yunnan,and Shanghai development of.
