General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly pointed out that the Yangtze River is the golden waterway of the Chinese nation, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt should actively explore a new way of giving priority to ecology and promoting green development in a coordinated manner. The Yangtze River Economic Belt,as one of the "Three Strategies" implemented by the central government,is an inland river economic belt with global influence,a coordinated development belt for interaction and cooperation between the East, the Middle and the West,a comprehensively promoted internal and external opening belt, and a pioneering demonstration of ecological civilization construction. The task of ecological priority and green development integrated and coordinated promotion is arduous and significant. This paper takes the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object.Firstly,it uses the statistical index system construction method to construct a "six-dimensional integration" of green environment, green life, green economy, infrastructure co-construction,transportation and logistics interconnection, and public service sharing. The comprehensive evaluation index system of integrated development uses the improved entropy method to measure the green integrated development level of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and evaluates the green integrated development level from the overall and three sub-city agglomerations; The second is to investigate the evolution characteristics of the green integrated development of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in terms of time and space: using the coefficient of variation to analyze the time evolution of the green integrated development level of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, using the spatial distribution layout, global Moran’s I,Local Moran scatter plot, gravity model and other methods to analyze the spatial differences in the green integration development level of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The third is to use the spatial econometric model to measure the factors affecting the green and integrated development of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Finally the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly, from the results of the time dimension, from 2011 to 2019,the overall green integration development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt urban agglomeration showed a fluctuating and rising state. In the early stage,it rose rapidly, and in the later stage,it fluctuated slowly. From 2011 to 2019,the overall green and integrated development level of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuated in the same way,but the green integrated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration showed a steady upward trend. The green environment has the highest contribution value to the green and integrated development of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. From 2011 to 2019,the mean value and difference coefficient gradually narrowed the gap, indicating that the green integration development level of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has steadily increased, and the fluctuation has gradually decreased.Secondly, from the results of the spatial dimension, the spatial distribution pattern shows that the core cities are the main cities, and the radiation promotes the improvement of the green integrated development level of the urban agglomeration; The urban agglomeration in Chengdu-Chongqing is dominated by medium and low levels, with significant differences in polarization;in terms of spatial autocorrelation, the green and integrated development of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has continuous positive spatial correlation and agglomeration characteristics, showing L-L agglomeration as a whole, indicating that the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a low level of green and integrated development, and adjacent areas show a synchronous development trend. In terms of economic connection,it has shown an extension trend centered on key cities. The status of core cities such as Shanghai,Hangzhou, and Suzhou is relatively stable;the spatial connection strength and total connection volume of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are higher than those of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration;the spatial connection is mainly within the urban agglomeration, and the connection between urban agglomerations is weak;between years, the connection strength of the three major urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Economic Belt does not change significantly, and the connection between the three major urban agglomerations is not obvious.Strength needs to be strengthened.Thirdly, from the results of influencing factors, the degree of marketization has a significant negative effect on the green integrated development of the region, adjacent areas and the whole;the degree of government intervention has no obvious impact on the green integrated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt urban agglomeration; The level of social consumption, the level of financial development, and innovation have a significant positive effect on the development of local, adjacent areas and the overall green integration. Finally, based on the research conclusions, some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green and integrated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt urban agglomeration are put forward: the first is to strengthen information sharing and promote joint protection and joint governance of the ecological environment;the second is to implement the "dual-carbon" strategy and vigorously develop the green economy;the third is to strengthen top-level design to promote the co-construction and sharing of new infrastructure and public services;the fourth is to promote regional cooperation, build a regional green integrated development mechanism;Fifth, improve the financial system and develop green finance.
