Study On Evolutionary Trend Of Construction Land And Driving Factors In Chizhou City Of Anhui Province

Construction land is an important production material of urban economic construction,which is closely related to human production and life.With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the scale and structure of the construction land have also changed.At present,in the period of rapid economic development,the disordered utilization of construction land aggravates the contradiction between people.Therefore,explore a scientific road to use and manage construction land,put forward the corresponding suggestions on the optimization of regional construction land use,can effectively control the disorderly expansion of construction land and provide certain scientific basis to improve the utilization efficiency.This paper analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution trend and driving factors of the construction land in Chizhou city of Anhui province.The dynamic evolution trend of the construction land scale and structure of Chizhou city from 2009 to 2016 is analyzed through the construction land dynamic attitude and information entropy model.Using the relative change rate of construction land and the expansion intensity index of construction land to reveal the regional difference of the expansion of construction land in each district and county of Chizhou city.Finally,grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the correlation between the driving factors and the evolution of construction land.The results are as follows:(1)During the study period,the area of construction land in Chizhou city increased from 52599hm2 to 59129hm2,with an average annual increase of 932.86hm2.From 2009 to 2012,construction land expanded rapidly and the scale fluctuated greatly;From 2013 to 2016,the scale of construction land varies little.(2)In the type of construction land in Chizhou city,the proportion of residential area and industrial and mining area is high,all of which are over 79%.From 2009 to 2012,the increase from 42143hm2to 45708hm2 increased by 8.46%;After 2012,it increased from 45708hm2 to 47300hm2,an increase of 3.48%.During the study period,the area of transportation land increased from 5088hm2 to 6533hm2,with an average annual growth of 206.43hm2.From 2009 to 2012,the proportion of construction land in the three counties of one district was larger than that of the years,and the land structure was not stable.From 2013 to 2015,the construction land structure of each district and county is relatively orderly,but the degree of balance needs to be improved.By 2016,the layout of construction land in each district should be optimized.(3)Guichi district has become a high speed area for the growth of construction land.Dongzhi county and Qingyang county are the middle and high speed areas,and Shitai county is the low-speed area.(4)The drive factors of construction land evolution,urbanization rate(correlation degree 0.925),the proportion of labor force in the tertiary industry(correlation degree 0.915)and population(related degree 0.905)become the core factor that drives construction land evolution.
