Study On The Performance Evaluation And Dynamic Mechanism Of Tourism Tourism In Ethnic Minority Area

On November 2013,Xi Jin Ping went to Hunan province of Xiang Xi County.And the first time he made an important instruction,"realistic,according to local conditions,classification guidance,accurate poverty alleviation".After he proposed poverty alleviation and development "expensive in the precision,focusing on precision,success or failure is accurate","precision poverty alleviation" has become a hot topic.And tourism poverty alleviation as a green "hematopoietic" way of poverty alleviation,has become the party Central and local place in the government poverty alleviation work in an important plan.However,the effectiveness of tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic areas in the end,the various departments and stakeholders formed what kind of power mechanism,they play in the mechanism of what kind of role,the future of tourism poverty alleviation and how to develop,these results not only for the Feng Huang County.The development of tourism in ethnic areas is of practical significance,but also has important practical significance for understanding and solving the rapid and sustainable development of tourism in ethnic areas and realizing the prosperity of local residents.Based on the theory of tourism multiply,sustainable development and stakeholder theory,this paper takes the results of the performance evaluation of poverty alleviation areas of ethnic tourism as the starting point,and chooses the villages related to tourism poverty alleviation in Feng Huang County,Hunan Province.This paper evaluates the performance results of local tourism poverty alleviation by means of questionnaire survey and semi-structured household interview,analysing the positive and negative impact of local residents on tourism poverty alleviation activities,and points out that the types of tourism poverty alleviation mechanism in ethnic areas.The impact of market development put forward the corresponding optimization measures.The paper includes the following sections:The first part introduces the background,meaning and research method of the topic,analyzes the relevant concepts in the paper,expounds the theoretical basis of the performance evaluation of the national tourism poverty alleviation,and summarizes the related research on the motive mechanism of some scholars and scholars.The second part introduces the basic situation of Feng Huang County and the development of poverty alleviation in Feng Huang County,Hunan Province,and illustrates the typicality of empirical research.In the third part,the author evaluates the performance from the perspective of self-perception of residents in ethnic areas,evaluates the performance through AHP analytic hierarchy process,and summarizes the evaluation of local residents' overall performance of poverty alleviation and development by combining household interviews and government research.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the existing model of tourism poverty alleviation and its driving force,and sums up the motive mechanism and operation idea of poverty alleviation in Feng Huang County minority areas,and puts forward the optimization plan to solve the tourism poverty alleviation research in some of the blind spots and difficulties for the practice of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas to provide a clearer idea.
