At present,there are three international project management evaluation systems in the world.The International Project Management Association(IPMA)is the international project manager qualification certification(IPMP),the PMI,the project management expertise certification(PMP)based on the project management knowledge system(PMBoK)and the PRINCE2 certification of the British government business office(OGC).In the IT industry,PMBoK and PRINCE2 are widely used.With the rapid development of big data,cloud computing,computer technology and network technology,unified communication has become the mainstream communication technology.The unified communication mobile application platform can integrate the mobile communication with the customs service application,break through the limitation of time and space,truly realize the cooperative office and mobile office,and improve the office efficiency.This paper,based on the unified communication system integration project of H company in customs,analyzes the uniqueness and management difficulties of the project,and puts forward effective management measures to solve the project difficulties.We hope to solve the project management problems of H company through these measures,and provide some other systems integration companies with similar projects.Reference resources?In this paper,a combination of theoretical research and case study is used to study the integrated communication system integrated project based on the related theories and methods of project management.The whole article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which indicates the research background,significance,content,method,innovation and present situation at home and abroad.The second part is a theoretical review.It mainly analyzes the theoretical system of PMBoK project management,the characteristics and principles of the system integration project management,and the integrated project of the Customs system.The development of system integrated project management in China and the development of integrated project management of customs system are analyzed.The third part analyses the integrated project of Customs unified communication system,including background,goal,demand,necessity,feasibility,scope,management organization structure,uniqueness and management.The fourth part points out the implementation plan of the customs system integration project,including the overall,scope,progress,communication,quality,risk,human resources,procurement,cost nine aspects.The fifth part focuses on the implementation of the integrated customs communication system integration project,including the implementation difficulties and countermeasures,project control.The capacity and measures,the end and evaluation of the project,the key factors of the effective implementation of the project,and so on.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect part of this article,and points out the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper,and looks forward to the development of the system integrated project management.
