Since the reform and opening up, Chinese has become the world’s attention, the introduction of foreign investment and international trade power country, in recent years, with the China "going out" strategy step by step, China has become the source of foreign direct investment from the world’s attention. At present, Chinese has now become the second largest economy in the world. China’s foreign trade and investment show rapid upward trend, especially for the developing countries in Asia, Africa and developed countries investment increased year by year。This thesis first introduced in the process of rapid economic development, China enterprises are facing tremendous market opportunities and the fierce market competition, need from solve good "this fundamental problem with the project", a smooth transition to "project" the system requirements. The need for a comprehensive, scientific project management, this thesis firstly on the development history of project management, as well as the classical theory of project management is introduced and a simple description. And for different projects classified; put forward according to different project management methods focus on the need to have. Then, this thesis introduces the development course and the present situation of WX company, elaborated the WX implementation project in overseas project management process, the implementation of the project of foreign engineering and summarize the key factors. Finally from the key factors of project, aiming at the specific problems in project management, propose specific improvement, feasible. Finally draws the conclusion, the key factors in transnational project management is in the scope management, quality management, communication management. Managing a project, using the WBS method of analysis are needed in the project planning stage, do a good job in the scope of the project, organizational structure, job content decomposition. The use of Gantt chart schedule plan, and strictly enforced. In the project when there is a problem, use a fishbone diagram analysis and the causes of the problem. The key node in the project using PDCA loop control project quality. Do a good job of work, communication within the external, acquiring company resources, customer support.
