The Applied Research Of The Project Management In Metro Communication System Integration Project

Since advanced project management theory was introduced to our country in 1984, it has already become an increasingly popular discipline passes through more than 20 years development. It has been successfully applied in many industries. Urban Mass Transit of our country has been in fast development in recent years. Metro Communication system Integration Project starts late but develops rapidly. The success of underground project directly affects contractors, and project management for the importance of the industry is self-evident. After twenty years development at the base of ensuring the level of basic technology, Contractors of Shanghai Metro Communication system Integration Project have begun to focus on the use of project management approach to the management of the actual item, and summarized a lot of successful experience. However, organization's maturity level of project management process lower, many items have serious problems such as cost over runs and progress extension.This article aims at UPS power supply integration system of Shanghai Metro Line 7 Communication system as the research background to discuss. This paper adopts a theoretical and case study combined research method. This paper analyzes and investigates the whole project management process include Initiating Process, Planning Process, Executing Process, Monitoring and Controlling Process, Closing Process and Evaluating Process, using the method of Milestone Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Loading Diagram, Responsibility Assignment Matrix to ensure the effective implementation of the project. The exploratory experiment and optimization of the Project Organization Management in Metro system Integration project practical process based on the conceptual frame of Project management Maturity Model. At last, makes evaluation on practical process of project organization management through project management maturity model, and puts forward concrete proposal for how to get next level of project management maturity model.
