With the rapid development of science and technology,the information technology revolution which represented by the Internet,has greatly influenced the traditional enterprises around the world.Moreover,as globalization becomes more and more widespread,the internal and external environment changes dramatically.In the face of new technologies and environments,traditional "pyramid" organizational structures tend to be very bloated,hierarchical,and slow to respond.These defects lead to the traditional enterprises unable to fight with the competition and challenges.How to deal with the market changing effectively is a difficult problem for many traditional enterprises.This paper analyzes the organizational structure of T Division of C Group by case study.Based on the theoretical knowledge of enterprise organization structure,information asymmetry,principal-agent problem and flatness,meanwhile,according to the actual situation of the development of T business department,we analyze the problems in its organizational structure,and give some relevant suggestions.Finally,we analyze and investigates the organizational structure and enterprise operation after the reform.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and it also clarifies the research ideas.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical knowledge and the current situation and problems of T Division of C Group.The main problems are as follows: The lack of parallel organization structure leads to poor information transmission;Excessive levels of organizational structure lead to unclear powers and responsibilities;Overlapping of organizational structure responsibilities and serious internal confliction;Excessive levels of hierarchy lead to high separation rate.The third part has designed the flat reform plan for the enterprise according to the above question,and the fourth part carries on the investigation to the enterprise operation situation after carrying on the flattening reform,the results show that flat organizational structure does solve a lot of problems,the last chapter summarizes and prospects the full text.This article mainly carries on the transformation to the T division of C group through the above discussion,emphasizes that the traditional organization structure enterprise is difficult to deal with the Internet era,and flat is a way to deal with the great change market.
