The Impact And Countmeasure Analisis Of Corporation Social Responsibility Standards To Chinese Export Enterprises

Since the introduction of SA8000,BSCI and EICC,which are the core of Corporation Social Responsibility(CSR)standards to some extent has been hindering the development of China's export trade,especially affects the export of labor-intensive products.For a variety of reasons,a large amount of China's export enterprises always maintain a contradictory attitude to social responsibility standards.But the standards have not been slowed down by the despise of part of Chinese exporters.In this paper,using the methods of comparative analysis and case analysis,through the analysis of different countries promote the motivation of corporate social responsibility standards and the typical corporate social responsibility standards certification status quo,the author studies and analyzes the pros and cons of CSR standards for Chinese exporters,and come to the conclusion:the corporate social responsibility standard can be beneficial to enterprise brand,shape the long-term competitive advantage of the enterprise,facilitate the construction of the enterprise team and improve labor productivity;but it will also raise the cost of production and impact the original management system.On this basis,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for Chinese government,industry associations and enterprises to deal with corporate social responsibility standard.At present,the Chinese government,industry associations and export enterprises should transform the original "barrier" thinking and integrate CSR standards into the long-term competitiveness of enterprises.If the government actively improves the superstructure,industry associations play the role of communication bridge,and the enterprises reform voluntarily,the corporate social responsibility standard can effectively enhance the international competitiveness of the enterprises.Therefore,it will be beneficial for China's enterprises to boost competitiveness in the international market by analyzing,grasping and researching social responsibility standards,also,the standards will urge them to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and provide the new ideas for their long-term development.
