With the development of globalization, economies continuously grow in every country and the people's living standards are continuously improved, not only consumers but also corporations started to pay attention to Social Responsibility problem. Social Responsibility problem, all through being put outside of WTO negotiation, became attracting people's attention when consumers of developed countries emphasized it and multinational corporations implemented lots of Social Responsibility Audit. All of these movements made Social Responsibility problem, especially Social Responsibility problem in developing countries, not be an academic issue anymore but a common issue concerned by government and corporations.Studying this issue conduces to the development of developing countries.In this thesis, development of Social Responsibility problem is comprehensively reviewed and study on this issue both at home and abroad is summarized in section one.Then, in section two, based on these researches, economic and politic economic analyses to this issue are conducted from the H-O Model. The result shows that there is no negative effect of enforcement Social Responsibility Standards on developing countries. In section three and four, Relationships between Social Responsibility Standards and International competitiveness. Social Responsibility Standards and trade friction are analyzed based on empirical study and case study method. All of the studies show that implementation of Social Responsibility Standards in developing countries can gain new competitiveness and avoid trade friction in the future.As a large developing country and an important supplier of multinational corporation logistics, the enforcement of Social Responsibility Standards in China will attract more attention from all of the world. As a responsible country, China should take responsibility. For carrying out this responsibility, corporations and government should work together, enhance the relation with foreign organizations, corporate with others developing countries, boost the enforcement of Social Responsibility Standards together during the course of globalization, and take the position that attaching the Social Responsibility Standards to the WTO when the conditions become mature. The development of the Social Responsibility Standards will allow workers enjoy the benefits of globalization and economy development.
