With the internationalized trend of transnational company, more and more TNCs agree with the principle that the TNCs should be liable for the social responsibility. And the global CSR norms are bored as a result, such as'Global contract'and'Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises'.Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization, particularly after the policy of"Going Out"which is laid down on the 16th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, More and more Chinese companies have responded to the call and been more and more internationalized. However, Chinese enterprises'"going out" is not a plain sailing, followed by a variety of comments on Chinese companies'overseas acts, many of whom are criticism and accusations. In a word Chinese companies are facing the challenge from CSR field.Chinese government and companies have taken note of the criticism and accusations and began to pay more attention to image construction, particularly on social responsibility. From the perspective of social responsibility this article will aim at Chinese overseas companies and conclude the existed shortage on CSR. After that the author will try to find the reason why Chinese companies suffer setbacks, then, the author will put forward on the issue of view.
