The Research On The Optimization Of Tourism Facilities Of Shuang Yi Family Farm In Hengnan County

The National Development and Reform Commission and other 14 departments jointly issued the Plan of Action for upgrading the quality of Rural Tourism Development,the plan shows the directive action and quality requirements clearly.I did an investigation and interview that classified and evaluated the tourism resources and country-tourism service of Shuang Yi family farm,the conclusion is that rural tourism services and tourism resources are not rated.It is considered that dissatisfied item is as the medium and long-term plan of the family farm development.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats of family farms and the SO,ST,WO and WT are analyzed by a method of SWOT.the strengths and opportunities are the extracurricular practice bases of primary and secondary schools,a high quality breeding and raising model and active market.The weaknesses and opportunities are the imperfect facilities and services.The strengths and threats are the homogeneity of the farms and the requirement of extracurricular research.The weaknesses and threats are lack of planning and the direction of development.According to the conclusion of the analysis,this paper puts forward a pertinent and implementable scheme of raising quality,which includes optimization of infrastructure,service facilities and recreational facilities.According to the project and plan,the investment amount of the optimization is estimated in the near and long term for three years.The standardized and technical index is used to estimate the construction density,service facility,green situation and the relationship between human and farm,it reflect to the rationality of optimization.This plan is to improve the development of facilities,services and position of Shuang Yi family farm,it benefits development and construction of all rural tourism family farm.
