| In recent years, tourism become an increasingly important part of the national economydaybyday, and the country has gradually inclined more resources to tourism and cultural fields. The concept of hot spots such as cultural tourism, global tourism, and rural revitalization emerged in an endless stream. For a time, the provinces, cities, and counties also vie for the hot spots. The southwest region is one of the pillar industries in which the ethnic minorities of China have a relatively large population and rich ethnic culture. However,in areas where the landforms are complex and the urbanization rate is not high, the culture and tourism industries are also one of their pillar industries. However, due to numerous ethnic groups and imperfect development, the relationships between the various stakeholders in ethnic minority villages and towns in the southwestern region are complicated and severely constraining their development. Therefore, the problems encountered in the development of ethnic villages and towns in the southwestern region have been studied and corresponding suggestions have been made. The countermeasures plan has an important significance. This dissertation focuses on selecting a typical ethnic village in the southwestern region,XijiangThousand Miao villages Xijiang, for research purposes,in order to provide valuable research on the development of related areas. In this paper, through the combing of domestic and foreign documents,we have learned that domestic scholars have done a lot of research on stakeholders, and a large number of disciplines such as business administration, economics, tourism, and geography use stakeholder theories to analyze the topic.Based on this, this paper applies the stakeholder theory to the analysis of the 1000-count Miao-village tourism, and uses several methods such as literature analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct factor analysis with SPSS and Excel software, and conduct field visits.Visits,etc.The main content of the paper includes the following aspects:The first and second chapters are introductions and basic concepts and theoretical basis. They comb the background, purpose and meaning of the topics. They also describe the research summaries, methods and contents at home and abroad, and discuss relevant concepts and methodologies used, thinking that the following analysis comes out of the foreshadowing. In this paper, the basic concept of sustainable development theory and interest coordination mechanism of stakeholders' theoretical tourism is emphasized. The third chapter defines the core stakeholder interests and interest claims, compares the various stakeholders through the three-dimensional map of the indicators, and defines the four core stakeholders: government management agencies, tourism management companies, tourists, and community residents.Define the diagram.Using the questionnaire survey method and field research method,we sorted out the different interests of the four core stakeholders in the Miao Village Tour, and reached the conclusion: tourism management companies pay attention to economic interests, and government management agencies pay attention to social and economic interests.Emphasis is placed on economic and cultural interests, while community residents have a variety of economic, social, and cultural interests. The fourth chapter analyzes the contradictions and causes of the core stakeholders, conducts statistical and factor analysis on the other part of the questionnaire, and sorts out the main contradictions among different core stakeholders, and draws conclusions: The main reasons for these contradictions are the prominent contradictions in the distribution of benefits, the one-sided involvement of stakeholders, the deviation of interest concepts, the ambiguous roles of stakeholders, and the misunderstanding of cultural understanding. Finally, based on the conclusions drawn from various interest claims and various contradictions and their causes, this paper constructs a benefit coordination mechanism for the stakeholders in the key stakeholders of Thousand Miao villages Xijiang. When constructing the mechanism,it must follow the principle of win-win cooperation, sustained long-term effectiveness, and equal participation.Harmonious and balanced principle.Coordinated programs include fair and efficient profit distribution and redistribution mechanisms, effective community participation mechanisms, diverse interest expression and feedback mechanisms, and improved interest compensation and income increase mechanisms and scientific cultural protection mechanisms. |
