The development of ethnic minority areas in our country tourism is later than othercountries. With wide application of “community” concept in the subject of tourism, agrowing number of ethnic minority areas began to seek a “community approach” tomeet the requirements of the development of local tourism. The rise of ethnic tourismcommunity is bound to produce is closely combined with travel communitystakeholders. They jointly determine and influence the development and protection ofethnic community tourism industry. Therefore, this article introduced the symbiosistheory in biology field, based on the perspective of stakeholders, to discuss thesymbiotic relationship between main stakeholders in Xijiang Miao village of GuizhouProvince. Hoping to provide ideas for the benefit of stakeholders symbiotic determinethe relationship to ethnic communities. And put forward the symbiosis mechanismsuitable for Qianhu Miao village.This article is divided into six parts. The first chapter introduces the research’sbackground and significance, puts forward the research problems and research content.The second chapter introduces the study of stakeholder theory and symbiosis theory,and summarizes the research progress, and defines the community and ethniccommunity, tourism subject of symbiosis, the concept of community stakeholders,which provides a theoretical basis for the article writing. The third chapter, for datacollection and analysis, the paper empirical analysis the representative of nationalcommunity ethnic communities-Miao Village ’s main stakeholders interest demands,selects the local government, tourism businesses, community residents and visitors inMiao Village’s stakeholders as a typical study.
