Far Eastern Horizon Financing Lease Enterprise Credit Risk Analysis Research

Financing lease originated in the United States,is a promising means of equipment upgrading,revitalize the fixed assets,help enterprises to promote enterprise backward production capacity,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.In recent years,the financial leasing industry in our country is extremely rapidly,with the support of national policy development contribution to China's GDP has increased year by year.In 2008 because of U.S.real estate market bubble,leading to a systemic financial crisis,also affected the financial leasing industry.Due to the financial leasing industry development too fast in recent years,the financing way of the single,simple in form,development of legacy,as the "shadow banking" in future development is facing great risks,risk control ability is the key to its development in the future.Financing lease business project has a certain particularity so on leasing company risk management problem is more serious.This paper introduces the present development of financial leasing industry,an overview of the measurement method of the credit risk management and describes the importance of the financing lease enterprise risk management.To the Far East Horizon financing leasing companies using the method of financial analysis and measuring model of KMV options reasoning method to carry on the empirical analysis of credit risk measurement,and the selection of three companies in the same industry,credit risk will be combined with financial analysis results of quantitative data judge the credit risk degree of the Far East Horizon macro letter,for the investors,the Far East Horizon company managers to the credit risk of the enterprise has a more clear understanding,on the basis of risk identification of credit risk management for the enterprise to provide policy recommendations to improve.Hope for other financial leasing companies to provide reference to prevent credit risk management.
