In recent years,manufacturer lease has become an important tool for manufacturing companies to promote sales,especially in the field of construction machinery,which ranks the highest penetration rate.At the same time,it also exposes the conflict among revenue and risk as the rapid development of manufacturer lease takes place.The inappropriate construction of the financial leasing model by the manufacturer may lead to over-promotion and out-of-control-risk;or although the risk is extremely small,the lease penetration rate is extremely low and it does not fully play the role of promotion.Manufacturers should rationally construct a financial leasing business model according to the internal and external environment they face,in order to resolve the conflict between revenue and risk.S enterprise,as a benchmark enterprise in the construction machinery industry,uses financial leasing as one of the main credit sales methods and has achieved good results.This article takes S enterprise as an example for analysis,divides its vendor leasing business development process into three stages as exploration period,development period and maturity period,and longitudinally analyzes the construction and evolution of the financial leasing model.This article combines the internal and external environment faced by S enterprises at various stages,analyzes the motivations of the leasing model,reveals how to construct the leasing business model from the three dimensions of transaction and management model,leasing products,and credit standards,realizes the inherent laws of earnings growth and controllable risks.On this basis,the thesis uses financial leasing theory,accounts receivable management theory,resource integration theory to further analyze and refine the key points to the success of the case enterprise's financial leasing model.This article has the following three findings: First,the construction of the enterprise leasing model can't be limited to the leasing itself.It should make long-term planning under the overall marketing strategy of the enterprise,pay attention to the accumulation of leasing resources and step by step.According to different environment and leasing development stages,it is possible to realize the optimal lease model by integrating the lease-related resources.Second,the decision of the manufacturer's lease credit policy must consider the relationship and changing trend of all the benefits(sales revenue,market share,product gross profit rate,etc.)and all costs(overdue bad debt cost,etc.)brought by the lease and adjust the credit policy at an opportunity.Third,manufacturers have the inherent advantages of technology,market and network,so they can carry out leasing business based on the characteristics of leased goods.They should give full play to the advantages of manufacturers,return to the origin of lease and realize effective risk control through the control of leased goods.
