Since the related theories of human resource management were introduced into our country,the attention of enterprises to human resource management has been rising continuously,and the theories,concepts and methods of performance management have gradually penetrated into the process of enterprise management.The view that the level of human resource management will have a closely relevant impact on the competitiveness of enterprises is increasingly recognized by enterprises.In other words,the human resource management of enterprise revolves around how to improve the individual performance,team performance,organizational performance of the enterprise.In recent years,an increasing amount of enterprises adopt the flexible organization form to their project team,especially to the engineering company which takes the project teamwork as a main form of production,how to enhance and develop the team performance management has become a primarily issue that the enterprise faces.Based on the research results from domestic and foreign,this paper studies the performance management of the engineering project team in W Company,combining with the characteristics of the engineering project team and the current performance management situation of the project team.First of all,through the method of interview and on-the-spot investigation,this paper studies the research example of W Company,deeply analyzes the characteristics of the engineering project team,and refers to some of references to summarize and achieve the research results from domestic and foreign.This paper introduces the theory of team performance and several common performance methods suitable for engineering project team.Secondly,in the process of performance management of engineering project team in W Company,we focus on the balance between team performance and participation of team members.Based on the concept of balanced Scorecard,this paper establishes the performance evaluation dimension of engineering project team in W Company based on its four dimensions,fully considers the characteristics of engineering project,and increases the mandatory index dimension.In the process of setting the performance appraisal index and determining the weight,Key Performance Indicators,the expert method,the analytic hierarchy process method and the 360 degree assessment method are used to assess the engineering team of W Company from many different angles.In the research of team performance management,we introduce the concept of PDCA management;attach importance to the application of performance results and the continuous improvement of performance,so that the performance management system of engineering project team in W Company becomes a dynamic cycle system.Finally,using questionnaire and brainstorming method to analyze and verify the satisfaction degree of the construction system from five aspects:acceptance,applicability validity,consistency,credibility and clarity.The performance management system of the engineering project team is applied to the LQ project of W Company for empirical study.The results show that the performance management system of the project team is effective for the operation and management of an enterprise.According to the application situation,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the successful implementation of the performance management system of the engineering project team in other projects in the future.
