| Project team personnel management is core content of project management, the team members’ attitude, behavior and actively cooperate with others plays a vital role in project construction process, ensure ultimate goal of the project. Therefore, scientific Performance Appraisal System management of the Project team has important significance for project team management and enterprise development.In this paper, through the collation of team performance evaluation of project research, based on the present status of the project DGD project team as empirical analysis data, identify the project team’s problems, use BSC and KPI to construct project team performance evaluation system according to the characteristics of team members. Project management team can be appraised dynamically through the implementation of performance evaluation.Performance evaluation system on the DGD project team are examined and summarize through the implementation in the project, and also proved that the performance evaluation of project team is very important. The team performance has improved through the reasonable index selection and index weight distribution, and makes the team performance evaluation and project management together closely, ensure the smooth completion of the project objectives. The main contents and conclusions of this study will be helpful and referential for project management teams to practice internal performance assessment. |
