As a new type of business model that represents the direction of future trade development,although the development of e-commerce is only a short period of more than a decade,e-commerce has brought about social productivity,consumption patterns,and especially traditional clothing retailing in China.great influence.Textile and apparel industry also occupy a considerable market share in e-commerce.More and more traditional clothing companies have achieved great-leap-forward development through the development of mobile internet.This article deals with the single e-commerce model,the lack of differentiation of online brands,the unreasonable price strategy,the lack of marketing means,the irrational organizational structure of e-commerce departments,and the lack of e-commerce professionals and companies encountered in the development of e-commerce by A-clothing trading companies.The problems in the areas of imperfections in the website and insurability of logistics and distribution were analyzed,and a variety of e-commerce models were put forward,attention was paid to the construction of network brands,the prices of goods were reasonably priced,network marketing was strengthened,and the structure of e-commerce organizations was adjusted.Plan and introduce talents,improve website design and function,and improve logistics service quality.Through the research on the development of e-commerce of A-clothing trading company,it is hoped that it can provide certain reference for e-commerce development of similar traditional clothing enterprises.
