With the rapid development of information technology and e-commerce in the 21st century, e-marketing has broken the operation of traditional marketing of enterprises, impacted management ideas and methods of enterprises. For those smaller, weaker small and medium enterprises, the network marketing of "low-cost, long-term, obvious effect" has become their affordable marketing option. This is unprecedented opportunities to bring them in line with the large enterprises in the global competitionHowever, the enterprises, especially the small and medium enterprises, lacked the right knowledge of e-marketing and resulted in many frustartions and problems. This paper focuses on e-marketing, describes the status of e-marketing, analysis e-marketing problems of small and medium enterprises and gives recommendations to them about e-marketing strategy.In order to demonstrate a complete reseacrh process, I introduced related theories and prevails trends for e-marketing at first step. At the second step I conducted outside environment analysis of small and medium enterprises from the perspectives of network progress and e-marketing progress. With the above analysis for small and medium enterprises I summarized the main problems. At the last,I reviewed and analyzed the actual steps and detailed methods through a case study of Jinjiang, therefore suggested e-marketing solutions for small and medium enterprises in China, such as website,e-marketing strategy,Personnel training,e-marketing agency,government's policy and so on.Based on the summary and analysis of research conclusion, the author has put forward some advices which the researchers and marketing staff may benefit from.
