In recent years,small and medium-sized Internet marketing enterprises have been developing rapidly,and CEO plays a more and more important role in in the process.This paper analyzes the common CEO's leading traits of small and medium-sized Internet marketing companies and the different the CEO's leading traits under different circumstances,to provide references for the CEO about excellent traits in the process of enterprise development,to promote the rapid development of enterprises.It has become an urgent need to study the subject.In this paper,the questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis method are used to study the CEO's leading traits of small and medium-sized Internet marketing enterprises,and the CEOs of three small and medium-sized Internet marketing enterprises are selected as the research objects.The result of the study is that learning power,insight and empowerment are common traits,and persistence and innovation are different analyzing under different circumstances.Based on this result,I believe that CEO of small and medium-sized Internet marketing enterprise should strengthen the learning and insight,under its reasonable authorization to promote enterprise development.The paper and its research conclusions will provide useful reference for other similar enterprises.
