The rapid development is in the era of knowledge economy,the development of communication industry is changing with each passing day.The competition among its organizations is still the competition of "talent".If the enterprise does not improve its competitiveness with the development of society,it will soon be eliminated by the times and become a dust in the development process of the time generation.Many companies are facing a strategic transformation.Transformation means that they face changes,new businesses,and new services.There are too few skilled talents to meet the company's transformation and upgrading.Besides spending large amounts of money to dig talents from outside the company,internal training also It will become an important way for companies to cultivate their employees' knowledge and skills.Therefore,enterprises should place talents training in the enterprise human resources strategy level,and establish a scientific training management system to enable employees and enterprises to develop together.This article takes China Mobile Tietong Zhuzhou company as the research object,through literature review,summarization and other research methods,and combines field research.It has found that the training and management system of China Mobile Tietong Zhuzhou company has insufficient training demand analysis and training assessment link is not perfect.Staff training positivity is not a lot of problems.In order to make the China Mobile Tietong Zhuzhou company to build a set of training management system which can adapt to the needs of the era of knowledge economy,build a new talent team that can match the company strategy,and promote the overall realization of the strategic transformation goal of the company,for existing problems from the training needs analysis,training plan formulation and implementation,training teacher team construction,training effectiveness evaluation of four aspects put forward improvement programs.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,we also put forward corresponding safeguards from aspects of training system,training environment,and establishment of learning organization.It is hoped that through the improved research of this article,China Mobile Tietong Zhuzhou company will strengthen its emphasis on training,create a good training atmosphere,enhance employees' enthusiasm for training,and help China Mobile Tietong Zhuzhou company to build a complete training management system and effectively promote the company's talents.The development of resources will comprehensively improve the skills and qualities of employees and realize the long-term healthy development of the company.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,we also put forward corresponding safeguards from aspects of training system,training environment,and establishment of learning organization.
