With the ever-increasing competition,more and more companies pay attention to the use of performance assessment to improve operations and improve efficiency.At the same time,in recent years,the country has promoted the transformation of accounting functions,that is,from "accounting functions" to "management functions,"and performance evaluation as an important part of the "management function" is an important means for enterprises to increase their value,and it is an enterprise's development and transformation.The important foundation determines the quality of the transformation of accounting functions.The performance performance appraisal has an important influence on the management activities of the company and also affects the realization of the company's strategic objectives.HJ company is a local real estate sales agency company.This article diagnoses the existing problems in the current performance appraisal of company HJ on the basis of the relevant literature review and theoretical analysis based on the diagnosis of the actual problems existing in the company's sales department's current performance appraisal.Through analysis,it was found that the problems in the performance evaluation of the sales department of Company HJ were mainly due to the incomplete consideration of evaluation indicators,the biased subjective manner of assessment,the formality of assessment,and the lack of feedback on the results of assessment.The paper starts from the status quo of performance appraisal in the sales department of Company HJ,and reconstructs the performance appraisal system of the sales department of Company HJ by discovering the problems and solving the problems and using the method of combining theory with practice,including the performance appraisal index system and the weight of performance appraisal indicators,system.On this basis,this paper also plans for the application of the performance evaluation of the sales department of company HJ.The results of the assessment will be fed back to the salaries of the sales personnel,job promotion,professional training,career planning,and continuous performance improvement.This will help the sales department personnel to better realize their career planning and contribute to the development of HJ.This paper redesigns the performance appraisal system and establishes a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system.It hopes to mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation of the employees,and to a certain extent avoid the loss of talents,attract talents and train talents for the enterprise.To achieve the company's profit goals,realize the sustainable development of the company,and then realize the HJ's development strategy.
