Combined with the theories of human resources management,compensation and motivation,this paper starts with status quo of C company,analyzes the existing problems in the current remuneration and motivation system,studies their root causes and develop the corresponding countermeasures in remuneration system,performance appraisal,and the welfare system.On the one hand,this paper indicates the main approaches to optimize remuneration and motivation system,in order to retain skeleton staffs,attract rare human capital,enhance employees initiatives and passion,improve employees engagement and guarantee individual performance.On the other hand,this paper emphasizes the importance of organizational supportive factors for enterprises to maintain and improve their development dynamics and core competencies.Based on these,the system could balance the needs between external competition and internal equity within the constraint of salary cost,and support enterprises business strategies and organizational changes,so as to better motivation and retaining.Based on the case study,this paper analyzes the main existing problems,and provides the set of solutions and measures with proved results,which you could find inspirations and references for the further improvement of remuneration and motivation system in similar enterprises according to their own situation.
