Chinese Hospitality Industry has undergone a dramatic evolution since its peak in80’s of20th century and fell back in90’s. After year2002the industry has bounced back and been developing steadily since year2004. Along with the rapid expension of tourism in year2005, hospitality industry has undergone a new round of evolution. According to research data there are more than8000international hotels and3000starred hotels within Chinese Hospitality Industry.Such reality has directly resulted in talent shortage within hospitality industry, meanwhile Shenyang Rose Hotel, one of the four star hotels is facing the same issue in respects of recruitment and selection, reservation and training processes.Higher level responsibilities of hotel remuneration management lies in building a competetive remuneration system with strong rationality and operability within talent market,it is the way to bring into play the incentive of such system, in order to attract and retain employees to achieve corporate strategic targets with the support of human resource management as well as to emphasis corporate core competitive advantage.The purpose of this article is to design a remuneration management system in accordance with development strategy for Shenyang Rose Hotel. First the theory of remuneration management is discuessed.Follow with analysis of current situation of Shenyang Rose Hotel remuneration management system and to indicate main issues within the system.
