The operator of enterprise plays decisive role in enterprise performance. Remuneration is always regarded to be the most basic and important way to give motivation, it is not only because of the economic roles of remuneration itself, but also because of its significant symbolic meanings in modern society. The remuneration reformation of operators in Chinese enterprises, especially in state-owned enterprises, is relatively slow and less encouraging, which is one of the key reasons why many state-owned enterprise trained operators run off. Reasonable designed plan of enterprise operators' remuneration can encourage operators to improve enterprise long-term performance. The paper sets China Petroleum Huabei Well-Logging Company an example and combining with its background, operating strategies, manager's remuneration and system of appraisement of achievement, and studying the manager's encouraging remuneration in the company with relative theories and demonstration datum. The paper presents first the definitions of remuneration and appraisement of achievement and boundary of operators' remuneration. Then collect datum through observing, informal discussing and investigating etc. and analyze the actuality of manager's remuneration and appraisement of achievement in Huabei Well-Logging Company, and point out the existingproblems, and suggests that there is necessary to redesign a manager remuneration plan which is appealing and can keep pace with the company's development. And next propose the whole train of thought and confirm the annual-salary remuneration plan. In the fifth chapter, encouraging manager's remuneration and appraisement of achievement are designed. Finally the relationship between motivation and restriction is dissertated. Writer hopes to offer enterprises of the same kind an exploring train of thought by analyzing specific case to reflect commonly existing problems in normal enterprise operator's remuneration in the paper.
